A colorful addition to the mini bird series. Kingfisher is such an amazing bird with such a mix of multiple vibrant colors - Orange, Blue, Violet, Teal, Indigo, Brown and various shades of those. Drawing this bird was by no means a simple task, but was also a sheer delight. Typically while drawing any topic, I usually research it a lot. That's when I came to know that there are 87 different species of Kingfisher. All of them beautiful and amazingly colorful. Hopefully someday I get to draw all of them and create a Kingfisher series.
